CNC Machining
Trinamic Engineering is equipped with state of the art CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. We offer three processes of welding, MIG, TIG and MMA. All of our welding is to the highest standards using only quality material such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Weld finishing can also be arranged to suit completed products such as, polish, dress and stainless steel weld discolouration removal.

Inspection
Quality control & inspection plays a major role at Trinamic Engineering, we are constantly committed to maintaining high quality standards.
Works orders identify which employee carried out each operation and materials are all fully traceable.
Assembly
Once the processes are complete at Trinamic we assemble structures/components to meet clients requirements. We offer an on site service, our employees are fully trained & qualified to carry out installation projects on site.

Trinamic Engineering have the equipment and the expertise to fabricate components out of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Surface treatment can be arranged for aesthetics and corrosion resistance, for instance powder coating, wet painting, electro plating and galvanising.
CAD/CAM
We invest in the latest CAM software, making complex parts possible and exceeding clients expectations and timeframes.
We create, modify and analyse using CAD. Our CAD software is used to increase the productivity, improve the quality of design, improve communications through documentation.
